Cica Skin by VT cosmetics is a moisturizing soothing toner that revitalizes the skin, contributing significantly to its health. Cica Skin toner contains PHAs that improve the texture of tired skin and centella asiatica that deeply hydrates, soothes and calms the skin.

Apply toner after double cleansing. Put an amount in your palms and hug your face. You can repeat for extra hydration.
It can also be used as a leave-on treatment. Soak cotton pads and place them on the places you need hydration for 5-10 minutes. Then continue with essence and your usual routine.
